The Build Timeline animates how Autostrek expects you to assemble the structure—perfect for onboarding crews, explaining scope to clients, or stress-testing the order of operations.
Interface basics
- The timeline lives at the bottom of the viewport once a project is generated.
- Each step represents a construction action (e.g., “Frame east wall” or “Set rafters”).
- Use the “Add plan step” control to feed the Project Planner as you review each phase.
Playback controls
- Use Play/Pause to animate sequentially; adjust speed with the slider.
- Scrub freely by dragging the head along the timeline.
- Bookmark key steps using the ⭐ icon to highlight them in PDFs and the Project Planner.
Map steps to the field
Label steps with manpower notes (“Requires 3 people”) or equipment reminders (“Boom truck on site”). Those annotations carry into the Project Planner so nothing gets lost.
