We only collect the information needed to provide, secure, and improve Autostrek.

• Password (encrypted and never visible to us)

Stripe processes all subscription payments on our behalf, meaning we never store full credit card numbers.

We receive the following details to manage your billing status:

• Payment confirmation
• Subscription status
• Your country (for tax purposes)

To improve stability and guide product decisions, we collect anonymized or aggregated telemetry such as:

• Feature usage (for example which tools are used most)
• Performance signals (loading time, crashes)
• Device type, operating system, browser version

When you create or save projects we may store the assets you choose to keep in Autostrek. You can delete them at any time.

• 3D models
• Plan steps
• Rendered images
• Screenshots or uploaded reference images

If you contact us for support we retain the context necessary to respond:

• Email address
• Messages or attachments
• Feedback you share

We only use your information to operate Autostrek and deliver the features you opt into. This includes:

• Providing and maintaining the Autostrek service
• Managing subscriptions and billing
• Saving and syncing projects when cloud save is enabled
• Improving app performance and reliability
• Delivering customer support
• Sending essential account or subscription updates

Your data is hosted with trusted vendors and protected with multiple layers of security.

Providers: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments).

Security practices include encrypted passwords, HTTPS, access controls, and regular security updates.

No system is ever 100% secure, but we do our best to safeguard your information.

Autostrek integrates with third parties to deliver core functionality:

• Stripe for payments
• Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage
• AI providers (optional) for image rendering

We use a small set of cookies to keep Autostrek secure. You can accept, refuse, or customize them at any time via the cookie banner on autostrek.com.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Essential (required): billing session cookie (`session`), Supabase auth cookies for the CAD app (`sb-*`), and CSRF protection (`autostrek.csrf`). These are largely HTTP-only and scoped to autostrek.com and subdomains.
• Functional (optional, off by default): would remember interface or support preferences. Not set unless you opt in.
• Performance & analytics (optional, off by default): anonymized stability metrics to improve load times and reduce crashes. Not used for profiling.

Your consent preferences are stored in a first-party cookie for six months and applied across autostrek.com, billing.autostrek.com, and app.autostrek.com. You can reopen "Cookie settings" in the footer to change or withdraw consent at any time.

Depending on your country you may have the right to access, correct, download, or delete your data, as well as withdraw consent for optional features.

We keep your data only as long as necessary for legal or product reasons:

• Account data: while your account is active
• Billing records: as required by tax law
• Project files: until you delete them
• Analytics data: stored only in anonymized and aggregated form

Autostrek is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If changes are significant we will notify you through email or in-app prompts.
