Design quote pages and export PDF

Arrange A4 frames for views, text, tables, totals and company information, then inspect the generated quote.

Available frames

The page designer supports Text, View, Image, Company, Build info, Quad view, Table and Total frames. Each frame can be moved and resized within an A4 page. Use only the frames that help the customer understand scope and price.

Capture model content

A View frame shows a chosen project view. Quad view can present several directions, and Image can carry a render or photograph. Refresh captured model content after the geometry or appearance changes.

Establish hierarchy

Company and quote identity should be easy to find. Keep line-item tables readable and place Total after the scope. Use text formatting consistently; too many frame styles make a commercial document harder to verify.

Inspect the PDF

Export through the quote PDF workflow and open the file independently. Check page clipping, image resolution, line wrapping, totals, VAT, currency and customer details. Inspect the first and last table rows as well as the total so a clipped frame does not hide part of the scope.

Store the issued PDF with the model revision and a separate record of the quote inputs. Quote Builder’s current draft and page design are not restored by opening the CAD .strek file, and an exported PDF is not an editable quote backup. Preserve the information needed to recreate or revise the quote before reloading the workspace.
